Ryu Rakurai: is a special Kido only Ðracoss knows but he is able to teach it to anyone he finds can handle it. the kido creates a circle infront of the caster and 6 balls of lightning go around the circle while 1 sits in the middle . it fires all the bolts in different directions. but then focus them on the target it can be channeled to be almost like a beam attack.
